Since October 2012, I am external examiner for postgraduate taught degree programmes, primarily "Computing, IT Law and Management", in the Department of Informatics at King's College London.

From September 2012 - August 2016 I was external examiner for the undergraduate degree programmes in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Aberdeen.
Outreach
- I was previously the Outreach Officer for Computer Science. I led a team that runs a variety of outreach activities designed to educate and enthuse school children about computer science. Information about the activities run for this outreach work can be found on the School website. The current Outreach Officer for Computer Science is Davide Grossi.
