About My ResearchHi, my name is Anton Minnion and I am a PhD student at the University of Liverpool. My research area is looking at ways to improve the semantics of geospatial technologies through the application of user-generated ontologies. DemonstratingAbout MeFor my bachelor's degree I read Politics and History at Liverpool John Moores University. I then went on to obtain an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool. I also spent a semester studying economics at Tischner European University in Kraków, Poland. I have previously worked in engineering, journalism and web development. I have lived in Liverpool since 2003, but I was born and raised in North London. My interests include playing the guitar, football, cricket, table tennis, reading, film, theatre and lots of other things that it would be pointless to list.
