| Comp527: Data Mining |
|
Description:
The continuous assessment part of Comp527 takes the form of two assignments worth 12% and 13% of your final grade respectively.
Please note the University Policy on late submission of assessed work. In essence, if you hand in an assignment late, it will have 5% deducted per working day for the first five days, to a minimum of 40%. After 5 days it receives a mark of 0.
Each assignment MUST have a completed Plagiarism and Collusion Form. An assignment is not submitted (see above) until I have one of these for you. If you don't know what this form means, please come and ask me to explain, but again, in essence, you MUST do your own work and cannot copy, paraphrase or duplicate other peoples' work (plagiarism). You will NOT get away with plagiarism, just don't do it. You also cannot work together with others on the task (collusion).
Assignments can be emailed to me (azaroth@liv.ac.uk), handed to me in person, or handed in to the student office. Email or submission in hard copy to the student office are preferred (as the time received will be recorded and later verifiable).
Assignments:
- Assignment 1: 2008-03-10 16:00:00
